Overview:
Ventiqo Technologies partnered with a US client to provide comprehensive managed services for their Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems (versions 7.9 and 8.10) and Windows virtual machines deployed in the Azure cloud. Our focus was on ensuring system stability, security, and optimal performance through proactive management and support.

Challenges:
The client faced challenges in managing their diverse environment, which included both RHEL and Windows systems. Key issues included the need for efficient server creation, patch management, and timely resolution of network-related problems. Additionally, maintaining high availability and performance in a cloud environment required vigilant oversight and management.

Solutions:
To address these challenges, we implemented the following solutions:

• RHEL System Management: Provided ongoing support and management for RHEL 7.9 and 8.10 systems, including server creation and configuration to meet the client’s specific requirements.
